SCOPE OF WORK
The post pandemic work environment required WHO India to shift a series of their offline training workshops for health care providers online. We were able to build the SAVER (safe abortion values evidence and rights) toolkit as a full stack learning management system complete with audio video content + activities turned into simple yet effective animated games.

SCOPE OF WORK
The annual HR management team summit of SRF group companies had a challenge, how do you engage with HR professionals who in their daily routine seek out unique and tantalizing ways to build morale and team spirit?
PRODUCT
Music making workshop, where everyone contributes to the tune! Over the course of a 90 - 120 minute session, we engaged with all team members divided into groups while under standing their individual strengths and leveraging them to construct a song using a variety of instruments from around the environment. Drums played on table tops, melodies constructed by glasses full of water and voice recording using a professional mic setup at the venue.
USE CASE
This novel team building and engagement exercise was forever etched into the minds of the HR management team via a professionally produced audio video clip capturing the team spirit, fun and banter!
SCOPE OF WORK
In line with the changing education landscape, DPS wanted to pilot a unique set of new age course curriculum in broad ranging vocational areas such as electronic music, entrepreneur ship & internet of things.
PRODUCT
A blended learning curriculum was created and imparted by mentors with ample experience in the industry. We created a customized curriculum for middle school and senior school students in Electronic Music Production, Entrepreneurship, Photography, Internet of Things and Sport Management. The courses culminated in projects created from applied learning of the curriculum, for e.g. entrepreneurship students competed with each other via business pitches.

With the National Education Policy (NRP 2020) suggesting experimenting with different models of vocational education, we were right on time into introducing the younglings to careers of tomorrow with actionable and tangible outcomes.

Srijan Mahajan - One of the founding partners, Srijan is the pulsating vein of Project Mynt with content design and delivery under his wing. Srijan has been a musician since the age of 14 and is an alumnus of Delhi University, Trinity College London and the Musicians Institute of Los Angeles, with over a 1000 concerts (and counting) under his belt. When not thinking of a new way of experiential learning, Srijan can be seen romanticizing his coffee with a book!
Ankur Kampani - Ankur is the wise old man of the partners with a diverse background ranging from Capital Markets to banking finance and managing construction projects of scale. He overlooks the finance and admin sections of Project Mynt, while keeping track of the mission and vision of the company. When not exploring business models or going through budget sheets, Ankur loves to keep fit through brisk walks in and around Delhi's numerous parks.
TECH ENABLED SHOPPING ASSISTANT FOR DLF
Building an app with a signature holographic installation at strategic points in their malls that helps customers navigate. The mobile app itself acts as an online extension of the mall where users can check inventory, reserve visiting slots and map their journey in the mall. This helps in collecting usage data and shopping patterns of the customers and in turn show them products they are most likely to buy.
DIGITAL CONTENT DEVELOPMENT FOR SPLASH BEHAVIOUR CHANGE PROGRAM
Splash is the one of the foremost non-profit leaders in providing urban water, sanitation, hygiene and menstrual health services at scale. Since the purpose of the Splash programs was to induce behavioural change amongst people, our proposed solution was to create animations and videos that follow story lines specific to the context of the target audience. We also proposed to develop storyboards and scripts from a human focused perspective that can affect participants on an emotional level,thus leading them to think more about the given solutions.
MCKINSEY “VALUES DAY” (EVENT CURATION)
Curating and conceptualizing a range of experiences for their annual event including;
Music - Creating an annual anthem with the core values that Mckinsey stands for and those that the company aims to inculcate
Drumming to the Top - Drum Circle for the event
Film - Getting a brief understanding of the core values of Mckinsey, helping them short video montages for each of the values that are featured
Art - Value Installation Project using AR/VR format to showcase at the event
